I absolutely love living at 48 West. This is my second year living here and I resigned for next year. That right there shows how much I love living here! All the staff is so incredibly nice and helpful. Maintenance is always prompt and diligent. The location of the downtown and commons is so convenient to all the apartments and townhomes, my unit especially. I have a short walk to the bus which is amazing during the winter! My roommates and I participated in 48 West Cribs last year and won, that was super fun. We like to be involved in as much as possible. I love how there is always something new going on each week. My parents are so proud to have me live here and don’t even mind paying the rent!!

48 west is hands down by far the best place to live. Not only are the townhouses and apartments ascetically pleasing but they are spacious (making it easier to decorate your room to fit your own personal style). Enough about the housing, let’s discuss the variety of amenities 48 west offers. Along with the perfect living space you get to also utilize the complex gym, movie theater, commons, game room, coffee shop, convenience store, and I hear that they’re even putting in a coney place! I think the best thing about 48 west is all the monthly events they have going on! In the fall time they had a delicious pig roast, during finals they had a personal massage therapist, pancakes at midnight, movie showings, contests during Valentine’s day and so much more! The 48 west staff is always cheerful and accommodating and willing to help with any situation. It has made my off- campus living experience unforgettable.

I rented from 48 west now for 1 year and was always impressed with how the staff handled my requests. They were always nice to deal with and prompt in their response. They always have a tendency to remember my name which makes it feel much more personal here. There’s definitely a reason why I’m staying at 48west, the apartments are amazing, the perks are great, and I love all of the events that they have (pancakes at midnight is my personal favorite)! They are the best in Allendale for sure!

I have more than enjoyed living at 48 west. Not only is it in a great location, the staff is wonderful and very helpful. The painting on the outside of each building is so unique that you never feel like your neighbor has the same apartment as you. I love the gym, and the game room is always fun on the weekends. Ever since Ugro has come in, I have been basically living in there. They have helped me for many long nights of studying, and I know I can’t wait for the new things that will soon be moving into the village center. 48 west is the best!

I live in a four bedroom apartment at 48 west and I love it. I’ve never had a bedroom this big, let alone my own bathroom, which is amazing. My favorite thing is working out in the fitness center and being able to watch my favorite shows at the same time. My roommates and I hop on the elliptical machines and watch the Bachelor every Monday night in the gym. I love being able to study in the Commons area. It really helps my grades because I don’t have to go far to have a fun and relaxing environment to study. Having everything in 48 west within walking distance is so great and I never have to drive anywhere thanks to the village center and the bus stop. I love living here so much, I never want to move out!

This is my first year living at 48 West and so far I really enjoy it here. I love living here because my room is very large and spacious, and I have beautiful bay windows. Also we have a balcony that allows us to sit outside and enjoy the weather when it is nice and warm. I love how convenient my full size washer and dryer is. I enjoy Tuesday nights in the theater where they play newly released movies, the girls and I especially love comedies, like when we watched "The Ugly Truth." I work out pretty regularly and the fitness center on site is open 24 hours which is amazing because my work schedule is very hectic at times. Thank you 48 west! =)

The team at 48west is so helpful! My wife and I came to help our daughter move in and we were already having a bad day. When we got to 48west, the staff did everything they could to make sure we had a smooth move-in! My wife and I drove away happy, knowing we left our daughter at a great place to live!

I have really enjoyed my experience at 48 West. As soon as I went into the leasing office the staff was very accomodating and willing to go out of their way to help my roommates and I in every way possible. They are always there to answer questions and provide maintenance services immediately. My apartment is awesome, especially after living in the dorms for a few years. It is very spacious and provides a great atmostphere to hang out with friends and relax. 48 West is a wonderful place to call home.

I love my space here at 48west. It is the perfect balance of quiet and fun times. My room is cozy and bathroom too. I love everything that this complex has to offer its residents. With a game room, exercise facility, lounge area, and convenience store conveniently located, what more could a student ask for. I also love the eccentric design, it adds a crazy flavor to the ordinary surroundings on 48th ave.

48west is nicer than any dorm and any other apartments in the area. I really like the game room - I can play pool and watch a football game at the same time. The fitness center is nice too, sometimes I want to work out at 2am after I am done studying.

48west is amazing. We did not have anything like this when we went to college. They offer a place to study, rest and to socialize. We wanted our son to live on campus one more year, but with all that 48west offers, we are pleased that he lives here.

My daughter moved in this August and absolutely loves it at 48west. When we arrived to drop her off, we were pleasantly surprised at how quick and easy it was to check her in. After a few hours of moving things into her new apartment, we were going to leave to get some lunch - but we didn't have to go far. The 48west staff had lunch for us! All of the extra touches that 48west has to offer makes us very happy that our daughter chose 48west. We can't believe that she has this amazing place to live so close to campus. We will recommend 48west to anyone.

My friends love coming here and hanging out! They all want to live here next year!

Last year, I lived at another off-campus housing and I had to walk a long way to the bus stop. This year, at 48west, the bus stop is next to my apartment. I never have to wait long for the bus, which is nice!

Goods to Go is so convenient! If I ever run out of anything, I just walk to Goods to Go and pick it up.

I can use the fitness center any time I want! Last night, my roommates and I went to the fitness center at midnight after we finished studying.

When I saw the pool tables in the game room, I was sold. They also have wii, Xbox 360, darts and shuffleboard...but the pool tables are my favorite!

The downtown area looks like a modern western movie. All my friends are jealous.

I love having my own private bathroom.
