Located in the center of our community is the commons building. Upon entering The Spot you will be greeted by the floor to ceiling stone fireplace that hosts a large flat screen TV where you can get caught up on the world's news or catch an episode of your favorite show. The seating area in the center of the commons is a great place to study or sneak in a quick nap while enjoying the warmth of the fire.

RP48 is a cause oriented relational experience. We are safe place to meet new friends, connect spiritually and help fix a broken world through experiences in Honduras, Grand Rapids, and everywhere in between. RP48 meets on Sundays at 11:30 in the Theatre. At 12:45 we eat together – food’s free – and often serve together when we’re done.

A classroom or meeting area for our residents or GVSU clubs/organizations. The multi-purpose room offers tables and seating for up to 18 people. Located inside are two whiteboards and a 52" television which can be used for presentations.
