The Grand Rapids Transit System buses will have a stop at 48west and will take Residents to the Grand Valley Campuses as well as other stops on their usual route.

All 48west Residents are allowed to have one vehicle per person in open air parking for a annual fee of $50.

Carport parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis for an annual fee of $150.

Wireless and hard-line Internet access will be provided by 48west, as well as expanded basic cable television service, and refuse and snow removal.
